Founder
Mena Fawzy Abdelsayed​
Mena Abdelsayed founded Theology Academy in 2019 to make theology accessible to all. Holding a Ph.D. in Cardiac Electrophysiology and an M.A. in Theology from Durham, he is a Stanford postdoc alumnus. Theology Academy reflects his vision to enhance religious literacy worldwide through innovative resources that bridge academic theology and practical understanding.

Brad Spencer
Brad Spencer founded Concierge Scholars, providing expert consulting in biblical studies and linguistics. With over a decade of experience and degrees from Azusa Pacific, CSU Fullerton, and Harvard, he combines academic excellence with practical insights. Brad is active in the Sandals Church community in Southern California, where he lives with his wife of 30 years and their college-aged son

Atishay Jain, founder of Premier Fusion Media, specializes in media solutions and expert web design. A certified Wix Partner with over a decade of experience, he is committed to excellence in design. As manager of Theology Academy, he advances theological education and resources. Based in India, Atishay serves clients globally, driven by his passion for innovation, design, and entrepreneurship.
Content Developer
Andrew Youssef, Ph.D
Andrew Youssef, originally from Egypt, is a theologian and professor at St. Paul University in Ottawa. He holds degrees from McMaster and Trinity College, with a Ph.D. specializing in the Christology of Severus of Antioch and Maximus the Confessor. A hospital chaplain and Spiritual Care Practitioner, Andrew also contributes to Theology Academy, focusing on Church History and the Old Testament
Translator
Maurice Wahib Mikhail
Maurice is a theology instructor at the Patriarchal Theological Seminary in Cairo, Egypt. With Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Seminary, he has translated numerous religious books into Arabic. He now translates Theology Academy content into Arabic, aiming to enhance religious literacy in Egypt, the Middle East, and beyond
Video animation and Editing
Nawab Khan
Nawab Khan, a motion graphics specialist with six years of experience in 3D production and video editing, leads animation and video editing at Theology Academy. He finds this project the most rewarding of his career, as it fosters both professional and personal growth while contributing to meaningful theological education
Voice Over Artist
Michael Fouad
Michael Fouad holds a Bachelor of Science in Theology from the Clerical Theological College of Anba Rouis, Cairo, and is pursuing a Master’s in Church History and Patristic Studies. He is affiliated with Theology Academy, contributing to Arabic audio documentation to support theological education and preservation
